Don't hold on to anything including anger for pain inflicted by others. When you don't hold onto anger, you feel calm, peaceful and understanding of the reasons behind other people's actions and realise harmful actions were never out of cold-blooded cruelty and maliciousness but were out of not understanding what harm they are doing to you. Everyone is the same. What makes us look different is what we believe not who we are. If we have the right belief, we are beautiful and kind and do right actions and if we have the wrong belief, we are ugly and do wrong actions which appear unkind. No one is actually evil but belief varies from person to person. The right belief is that everyone is like you and everyone feels like you feel and you mustn't harm any living being in the present moment. This includes killing any living being. You are not evil so no one is evil. You can feel pain when pain is inflicted on you and so can everyone else feel pain when pain is inflicted on them. In the same way as you don't like criticism, nor does anyone else. You can inflict pain without being fully aware of the other person's suffering when you inflict the pain. This applies to everyone else. So you need to stop inflicting pain, criticism on others and yourself to be kind, beautiful and right. Treat others as if they were you regardless of what they are doing or did. When you hurt someone you hurt yourself because we are all from the same universal whole (body). If you hurt one of us, you hurt everyone because we are all the same body. We are all God, the eternal whole the includes everyone and doesn't leave anyone out of the whole and out of immortality. All humans of every colour, height and looks are all people and all deserve to live forever. If someone said to you, you don't deserve to live forever and that they will kill you and you can't defend yourself, it will hurt you lots. Likewise it hurts any human to be killed.

I took my multi-vitamin supplemens. I made my bed. I brushed my teeth. I washed my face. I had a shower. I washed my hair. I oiled my body. I put on deodorant. I cleaned the bathroom. I emptied the bins in the rooms into the kitchen bin. I emptied the kitchen bin and recycling bin into the big bins outside. I put laundry in the washing machine to wash. I watered the flowers in the back garden and front garden. I hoovered my room. I took a big pot full of ingredients for a meal downstairs for my flat mate who finds it hard to climb up and down stairs. I had a fruit. I had lunch. I washed the dishes after lunch for me and a housemate. I put my laundry to dry in the dryer. I did some job searching and applied to seven jobs. I had supper. I washed the dishes after supper. I washed the dishes for a housemate who was cooking. I mopped the floor for a housemate who spilled some water on the floor. I had an evening snack after supper. Comments Since everything changes over time, I am not holding unto anything not even myself or other people. I will be kind to people when I interact with them but I am not holding unto them. Today I was kind to myself as well as to other people. That is kindness. When you realise that anyone you are near is a warm, kind, attractive, friendly and close human being at their core who have feelings like you have then you don't feel that anyone is a threat because no human being is actually a threat to you. All human beings change over time so don't hold on to any human being but be kind to every human being you interact with. Being kind is not harming any human being, not making any human being feel sad or depressed and making other human beings feel loved and happy. The same applies to the way you view and treat animals. No human being is bad, it is just that sometimes human beings do the wrong thing because they have the wrong view not because they are malicious and evil. Every one gets the wrong end of the stick once in a while and this affects how they treat others. If they think the other person is trying to harm them, they get defensive and afraid of the other person and they ignore the other person or block the other person or fight off the other person. But the other person was never trying to hurt them, they just had the wrong view or they were not thinking of doing anything wrong. If someone has the wrong view, be kind to the person. Don't threaten the person or hurt the person or get angry with the person. Just show love and kindness to the person with the wrong view and they will trust you again and have the right view. Remember every wrong action done by a person is the result of the person having the wrong view not as a result of them being evil. Try to have the right view by never accepting that anyone is evil no matter what they do whether they lie, steal, harm someone physically, yell at someone, call people degrading names, force you to take drugs or injections against your will, kill someone or rape someone. Our views affect our actions. Our views are what we strongly believe to be true and we act upon these beliefs whether they lead to wrong actions or right actions. Our views are very important. The view that everyone is good and no one is evil allows you to be kind to everyone because no one is a bad person out to only hurt others. A true Buddhist is nice to everyone because they don't agree that any one is evil.

I cleaned the bathroom. I emptied the bins and replaced the bin liners with new ones. I watered the gardens. I bought some chocolates from the supermarket and shared them with my housemates. I spoke to a friend on the phone today and sent him a text message. I replied to the text messages of another friend today and I am awaiting her response. I texted another friend who called me earlier when I was asleep. Comments Don't kill any person. Buddha taught us not the kill any living beings. Live life to the full. Enjoy your life. Do kind things that you love doing. Tell the truth and keep telling the truth about everything. Don't stop telling truth about everything. Even if the truth is not in line with what is the law, still tell the truth and if you do something right but the law says it is wrong to do it, still tell the truth and keep doing what is right. If the law tells you to do something wrong like take in a poisonous substance in the name of medicine that can harm your body which you don't want to take because you don't want the side effect of instant death or bodily or mental harm then tell the truth that you don't want to take it. If the law forces you to take it by restraining you and forcing the poisonous substance into your body by injection, refuse to take it and tell the truth that you don't want it. Never say yes to taking what you don't want to take or to doing what you don't want to do. Everyone loves hearing the truth. Buddha taught us to tell the truth. Don't harm anyone in any way. This includes not threatening anyone, not being cold to anyone and not yelling and calling people names. Buddha taught us not to harm any living beings.

@ mykinddeedsblog.com Bee kind Everyone be friends with everyone and show kindness to everyone and accept all kindness from everyone. Try to create no money society where no one uses money and all goods, services and labour is 100% free. People matter more than money. So everyone matters. No one wants to use money and everyone wants everything for free. So let's be nice as humans and give everyone everything they want for free and let everyone help provide everything everyone wants for free. Don't attack anyone verbally or physically. Don't shout at anyone. Don't call anyone horrible hurtful names. Don't expect anyone to be clever. Instead allow people to really understand stuff if it makes sense at all and if it is not just speculation (speculation is guess work without evidence). Do not kill anyone. Do not kill others. Do not kill yourself. Do not kill humans. Do not kill anyone. Make sure that all the goods and services are provided for free (no prices for any of them) and they are all good products and services that don't harm anyone in the production or delivery of the product or service. Do not harm anyone to teach them anything. So don't lock up anyone to teach them anything. Everyone wants to work in a job that matters for free. For example people can work in a recycling store which can be a place where people collect free clothes or/and hand in free clothes they no longer want to wear anymore or because they want to wear different clothes now. The store can have changing rooms where people can try on clothes before they take them home to check if they fit them properly. With everyone working for free, no one needs a passport or a driver's licence or proof of address to work anywhere. Everyone gets everything they need for free. This includes nice comfortable, tidy spacious clear neat attractive accommodation, comfortable, quality attractive clean clothes and shoes and everything else they need for free. Everyone works for the happiness of everyone. Justice is not kindness. Kindness is higher than justice. It is forgiveness. It is understanding. It is love. It is mercy. It is politeness. It is friendliness. Kindness is higher and friendlier than justice. There is no punishment in kindness. Kind folk don't do things on purpose to harm anyone. There is no harshness in kindness. Kindness is soft and forgives infinite times. Kindness is really nice.

I made my bed. I cleaned the bathroom. I emptied the bins in the bathrooms and my room into the kitchen bin. Then I emptied the kitchen bin and recycling bin into the big wheelie bins outdoors. I had an avocado and small red apple as a snack in the morning. I had an egg for breakfast. I am a vegetarian. I am a Buddhist because the Buddhist Philosophy teaches us to be loving-kind which is to be: generous (always say yes to giving to others whether they ask or not) harmless (so don't hit anyone) nice and friendly. The kinder you are, the happier you are. This is karma. To be unhappy is to suffer and to be happy is to experience no suffering. Everyone is equally important. No one is more important than anyone else. Everyone matters equally to everyone. We all matter. We answer the phone to everyone. Award: 6 points - BRONZE

  • Teach everyone Buddhism so that no one wants to steal from anyone or murder anyone

Teach everyone Buddhism so that they are all kind people to everyone. The five precepts of Buddhism are: Avoid harming any living being. Avoid saying what is not true. Avoid taking what you have not been given. Avoid harmful sexual activity. Avoid taking in substances that cloud your judgement making it hard to make wise decisions. The three treasures of Buddhism are: The Buddha - an enlightened one who lives by the five precepts of Buddhism and is therefore noble and hence kind. Give everything for free to others who ask for stuff from you or who needs the stuff or as gifts to anyone. A Buddha is a person with great knowledge and understanding of a subject or situation. The Dharma - The four noble truths which are The first noble truth is that suffering exists when we desire anything. Don't want anything. Go for accomplishing what you desire instead. For example, if you are in hospital and you desire to be released from hospital then try to be released from hospital every moment of the day and you stop suffering when you are released from hospital. A Buddhist is an activist who changes things for the better by achieving what they desire rather than perpetually desiring it. Ending capital punishment and abattoir farming harmlessly is a desire that is achieved. Achieving a desire is ending suffering. Desiring is suffering. The second noble truth is that there is a cause of all suffering. For example, you want to live in an independent one bedroom flat and own the flat but you are in a hospital as an detained inpatient instead. The cause of the suffering is that you are a detained inpatient and you desire to be a free independent man or woman. The third noble truth is to end suffering. You end suffering when you stop desiring anything and you make an effort to achieve what you desire. To end suffering you must achieve your desire. The fourth noble truth is to reach enlightenment through following the eightfold noble path. The eightfold noble path are: Right view is seeing the truth. Right resolve is finding the right solution. Right speech is telling the truth Right conduct is not harming the other(s). The right conduct is helping others live for free. Right livelihood is the right way to get what you need. So you won't cheat or steal or hurt anyone to get what you need. Right effort is trying to do things the harmless way. Right mindfulness is thinking about what you are doing now so that you don't harm anyone. Right concentration is focussing on whatever you are doing and asking questions to make sure you understand what you are doing and checking that what you are doing is the right thing. Doing the right thing will never harm any humans. The Sangha is being friends with a community of Buddhists and all striving to be Buddhas and meditating on the teachings of the original Buddha. The three poisons of Buddhism Moha or Delusion - To be deluded is not to try to find out the truth about something but to be ignorant instead. When you are deluded, you feel dull and confused because you don't know the truth. You make guesses instead of knowing the truth and this leads to destructive thoughts and actions. A deluded person could kill someone or themselves because they don't know the truth and guess the truth instead. Raga or Greed - Not being generous by not giving people what they desire. The cure to greed is generosity - giving to others what they desire to end their suffering. Desire is suffering. Dvesha or ill will - Hating other living beings. The cure to ill will is being loving and kind towards humans.

  • Do not kill humans. Do not kill anyone.

End killing now. Don't kill anyone. We all want to live and have friends. We all have the right to live and have friends. We all have the right to have you as a friend. Everyone has the right to have friends. Everyone has the right to touch all of their friends and be touched by their friends nicely like hugs, handshakes and holding hands or linking hands or sitting on their friend's lap. Everyone has the right to be our friend. So we can be in one to one relationships with everyone. We can couple with everyone at different times. We can date everyone eventually. So each person we date is our boyfriend or girlfriend and we can have everyone as our boyfriend and girlfriend. A boyfriend is a male friend and a girlfriend is a female friend and we can like both males and females so we can have lots of boyfriends and girlfriends.

Comments Buddha taught us that wisdom is about seeing things as they are not as you believe them to be. So instead of having prejudices and biases about a situation or person, see things as they actually are. Go out and seek the truth instead of believing the truth without actually knowing the truth from direct experience of the truth. Find out the truth, the reality not what you think in your head. Our misunderstandings of life come from our biases and prejudices which are not based on seeing the truth. Get off the comfortable couch and go out and see the truth. Don't jump to conclusions based on what you think is the truth without any evidence of the truth. Wisdom is understanding that: nothing lasts forever. Everything is constantly changing all the time. For example, people grow old and look different, people grow sick and don't feel as healthy as they used to feel, people die and we can't communicate with them anymore, material possessions are lost, stolen, damaged accidently, burnt in a fire or sold or suffer from wear and tear over time and so don't last forever and people gain or lose money over time. This is the concept of impermanence in Buddhism. Nothing is permanent. attachment to things that change including your self causes suffering. Don't hang on to anything and anyone because both change over time and are unreliable and don't hang on to yourself either as you change over time too. there is no permanent unchanging self or soul. every existence is connected to other existences and interdependent on other existences for existence. Wisdom is grown through practice Regular meditation helps you to be more aware over time and helps you to understand reality. Living a life of ethical behaviour can increase wisdom. Understanding the four noble truths and karma is the right view which increases wisdom Wisdom is not just about knowledge which is memorising facts from a book or a teacher but it is about understanding and realising the truth for oneself by seeing the lesson learnt in reality if it is true. Wisdom is about acting in accordance to how you understand reality to be and acting in the right way which is in a harmless and kind way. Wisdom is being compassionate. In other words wise people are feel sorry and feel concern for the sufferings and misfortunes of others. Today matters not the future or the past. Dwell on the present moment because we are reborn every morning. What we do today is what matters. So what we did yesterday or a minute ago does not matter and what we dream of doing in the future or tomorrow does not matter either. I learnt this from Buddha's quote written down.
