I gave £5 to a man who was begging for money whom I had met before. He was happy to receive £5. I gave £0.20 to a man who was begging for money whom I had met before. He was happy to receive 20p. Tips When you give money to beggars, you make the beggar happy by increasing the amount of money the beggar can spend or save or both and you feel happy which is why it is a kind deed. Any amount of money you give to the beggar makes the beggar happy but the more you give the beggar, the happier the beggar is. Try to give something to a beggar when a beggar begs. Even if you give 20p, £1, £2, £5, £10 or more. Any harmless gift you give someone is good and kind. Make sure you tell the recipient of the gift that you want that you want them to enjoy the gift. To be kind, give a nice yummy delicious non-meat and non-fish treat to someone - human, animal or both humans and animals or buy a treat from a kind shop selling vegetarian food.

I fed the pigeons and ducks and seagulls in the local park oats. I exchanged greetings with three men on different occasions whom I met outside and I smiled and they smiled back. I greeted one male nurse and one female nurse in the treatment room and we smiled at each other. I greeted and hugged a man begging for cash outside. I fed the seagulls, ducks and pigeons in the park croissants, porridge oats and wotsits as a treat. I bought a £4 copy of The Big Issue magazine from a lady selling the magazine outside Morrisons Supermarket. I also gave her a tip of £1 and three bottles of fruit flavoured sparkling water and a packet of Wotsits as a treat to make her happy :). I am reading The Big Issue. It is a good magazine. The magazine is often sold on the streets by the homeless, those on low income and those who want a job and it is kind to buy a copy and read the magazine. I gave a beggar £1 to make the beggar happy. I washed the dishes after breakfast, lunch and supper. I cleaned the bathroom and emptied the bins in the kitchen. I brushed my teeth so that my breath smells fresh and nice to people speaking to me. I had a shower so that I smell good when I am talking to people. I gave some chewing gum and mints to a friend. I greeted a man with a walking stick on our way down the road towards the bus stop. Tips When you do something nice, you are nice. When you stop being nice, you are not nice. It hurts the person you are not being nice to when you are not being nice to him or her. When you start being nice again, you are nice. Do not let anyone stop you from being nice. When you are kind, you are nice and others you are kind to are nice too. In fact, kindness spreads round kindness round the world like the river ripple effect. That is positive karma in Buddhism. Positive karma is that if I do a kind action today, the person experiencing the kind action is happy and does kind actions too and the people they do the kind actions to do kind actions too and so on. I am happy to do more kind actions and the happiness spreads. Our reward for doing kind actions is always happiness. A kind action always makes the person or people you are kind to happy :). When you do an action, make sure the action is kind. A kind action is always harmless and makes someone else happy as well as yourself.

- Live your own kind expectations
Create a list of kind expectations and live according to them. Kind expectations are nice friendly expectations that are nice to everyone and harmless and which you achieve just by expecting the kind expectations to come true. When you have kind expectations, the moves you make are kind moves that help the expectation come true. Create your own kind expectations. For example, your kind expectation could be that because it is kind to smile at everyone you meet today, you will try to smile at everyone you meet today. Then you can live this kind expectation by actually smiling at everyone you meet today and you will feel the benefits of the fulfillment of this kind expectation when people smile back at you because you have made them happy by smiling at them. The sadder the person is, the less likely they are to smile back. Add kind words to the smile, especially to help make unhappy people happy. E.g., Hi, hello, good day or good evening and then smile again at the unhappy person. The unhappy person will feel like smiling back. Smile at a person caring if they are happy or not. Care enough to try to make every person you meet smile back at you because they are now happy. That is kind. Another kind expectation is that I get a job today. Look to do a kind job where you are making other people happy in someway harmlessly then you are doing a kind job and you will meet your kind expectation goal.

I gave £1 to a beggar sitting outside the supermarket. She was happy when she received the £1. I gave a butterscotch and brownie flavoured milk drink to the same beggar outside the supermarket. She was happy to receive the drink so I made her happy. I gave the shopkeeper at the mini market a mars bar as a gift to show my gratitude for his wonderful service. He was happy to receive the gift so I made him happy. I fed the pigeons in the park oats today. They all ate the oats hungrily so they wanted the oats so I made them happy by giving them the oats. So it is a kind deed to give pigeons oats to eat. Oats are vegetarian food because they do not contain any meat or fish so oats are very kind food to give the pigeons. I smiled and said hi to a dog and the dog walker and stroked the dog and shook hands with the dog walker as a way of showing kindness to both of them. The dog nuzzled me and was happy and the dog walker was very happy to see me. Every act of kindness makes others and yourself happy. I greeted pleasantly the shop staff I saw in the supermarket and he greeted me back with a smile. I made him happy by greeting him and he made me happy by greeting me. The exchange of greetings were kind actions. It is definitely kind to greet people instead of ignoring or avoiding them. Tips When someone is unkind to you by ignoring you or shouting at you or calling you nasty labels, say something kind to them and smile kindly at them. This changes the conversation to a kind conversation and makes both of you happy. Give the unhappy person a gift to cheer them up or a big hug to cheer them up or a kiss 😘 to cheer them up. Shake hands to cheer them up. Have a nice day xxx.
