Monday, 3rd August 2026 - What kind deeds did I do today?

  1. I bought a birthday card and gift for my mum.

  2. I offered to boil an egg for dad and boiled an egg for dad for breakfast.

  3. I had a boiled egg too (vegetarian breakfast). Vegetarian is no meat and no fish in the diet but milk, eggs and plants including mushrooms, vegetables, fruit, seeds, grains and nuts in the diet. So the vegetarian diet is kind to animals.

  4. I greeted dad with Good Afternoon when I saw him today.
