I greeted people I met on the ward today. I hugged some people as I left the ward today. I greeted the mini bus driver and talked in a friendly free manner to him, answering this questions honestly. I replied kindly to text messages.

If you hear someone died, find out where their body is and lay their body on the grass outside in the gardens and parks to be seen by everyone walking by so that they can get up again and walk again. Don't give up on anyone x Everyone lives forever... To rouse people it is okay to touch their body kindly to help them get up again but never put their body underground, in the dustbin or in the fire or in the oven. If you have done that in the past, if there is any remaining part of the body left, put that part of the body on the grass to help the body come back to life. You can touch parts of bodies on the grass kindly to help them get better. Kindness is the only kind of touch anyone needs so only ever touch anyone kindly. Examples of kind touching is rubbing the body kindly, tapping the body kindly with finger, kissing kindly and licking the body kindly. Kindness is all anyone needs. Kindness will never harm you. Kindness will never ignore you. When you face unkindness from the other, just be kind. Never seek revenge. Just be kind always and you are kind and you help others in times of trouble. I fed the pigeons and ducks in the park raw vegan oats from Morrisons Supermarket. They had a scrumptious healthy kind-hearted raw vegan feast. They were all very happy and merry. I said hi each time I saw him and he said hi back. Kindness is reciprocated 🥰. If someone greets you, greet them back to be kind. If you greet someone and they don't greet you back, they are being unkind. It hurts when someone is unkind to someone else. Try to be kind every day. Greet first, greet back. Smile first. Smile back. To ignore someone is unkind too. So acknowledge people you meet with a greeting and a smile. Think of everyone you meet as a sweet person like you and say hi, make a compliment and smile at everyone you meet today. I had a nice vegetarian meal for lunch of yam porridge with spinach and tomatoes which I warmed up from the fridge. This was kind to all the animals. 🥰 I emptied the recycling bin in the kitchen.

I told the cashier in Tesco Express that it would be good if Tesco's changed into a dating site where everyone dates everyone and shops and animals like pigs can come shop and date too and there are no pigs and other animals in the food sold by Tesco's.

I bought a birthday card and gift for my mum. I offered to boil an egg for dad and boiled an egg for dad for breakfast. I had a boiled egg too (vegetarian breakfast). Vegetarian is no meat and no fish in the diet but milk, eggs and plants including mushrooms, vegetables, fruit, seeds, grains and nuts in the diet. So the vegetarian diet is kind to animals. I greeted dad with Good Afternoon when I saw him today.
