Even if you give 20p, £1, £2, £5, £10 or more. Any harmless gift you give someone is good and kind. Make sure you tell the recipient of the gift that you want that you want them to enjoy the gift. I gave £1 to a beggar sitting outside the supermarket. She was happy when she received the £1. I gave a butterscotch and brownie flavoured milk drink to the same beggar outside the supermarket. She was happy to receive the drink so I made her happy. I gave the shopkeeper at the mini market a mars bar as a gift to show my gratitude for his wonderful service. He was happy to receive the gift so I made him happy. I fed the pigeons in the park oats today. They all ate the oats hungrily so they wanted the oats so I made them happy by giving them the oats. So it is a kind deed to give pigeons oats to eat. Oats are vegetarian food because they do not contain any meat or fish so oats are very kind food to give the pigeons. I smiled and said hi to a dog and the dog walker and stroked the dog and shook hands with the dog walker as a way of showing kindness to both of them. The dog nuzzled me and was happy and the dog walker was very happy to see me. Every act of kindness makes others and yourself happy. I greeted pleasantly the shop staff I saw in the supermarket and he greeted me back with a smile. I made him happy by greeting him and he made me happy by greeting me. The exchange of greetings were kind actions. It is definitely kind to greet people instead of ignoring or avoiding them. Tips When someone is unkind to you by ignoring you or shouting at you or calling you nasty labels, say something kind to them and smile kindly at them. This changes the conversation to a kind conversation and makes both of you happy. Give the unhappy person a gift to cheer them up or a big hug to cheer them up or a kiss 😘 to cheer them up. Shake hands to cheer them up. Have a nice day xxx.

The Food Bank provides free food for people who can't afford to buy their own food due to poverty. The food bank helps the poor survive by providing them with the food they need for survival for free. I donated 50p to Children in Need charity who were collecting money at the supermarket checkout to help children who are not happy be happy. I cleaned the bathroom so that my housemates have a clean bathroom to wash in. This makes them happy so it is kind to clean the bathroom. I recognised a lady I had met in the past and I greeted her. She was very happy to see me and I was happy to see her too :). It was kind to greet her and acknowledge her. Tips To be kind, show people that you are very happy when they are kind to you and they will be kind again. Being kind does not need to be a sacrifice. When someone shows happiness for the kindness shown to them, the person being kind is happy and it makes it worth while being kind. A kind action is always harmless and makes the person you are kind to happy. Show outer happiness at kindness shown to you by smiling a large smile and looking at the person you are smiling at and say thank you very much. The outer happiness shows the person being kind your inner happiness outwardly. Bee nice :) Always assume people are nice and be kind to everyone you associate with. Being kind cures depression. Doing kind deeds makes you happy and makes the person or people you are being kind to happy. People do not always show their inner happiness at kindness outwardly but they are always happy within when you are kind to them. If you see a bee, fly or ant or spider, don't squash them. Instead say hi to them. Smile at them and gently shake hands if you can.

- Teach everyone Buddhism so that no one wants to steal from anyone or murder anyone
Teach everyone Buddhism so that they are all kind people to everyone. The five precepts of Buddhism are: Avoid harming any living being. Avoid saying what is not true. Avoid taking what you have not been given. Avoid harmful sexual activity. Avoid taking in substances that cloud your judgement making it hard to make wise decisions. The three treasures of Buddhism are: The Buddha - an enlightened one who lives by the five precepts of Buddhism and is therefore noble and hence kind. Give everything for free to others who ask for stuff from you or who needs the stuff or as gifts to anyone. A Buddha is a person with great knowledge and understanding of a subject or situation. The Dharma - The four noble truths which are The first noble truth is that suffering exists when we desire anything. Don't want anything. Go for accomplishing what you desire instead. For example, if you are in hospital and you desire to be released from hospital then try to be released from hospital every moment of the day and you stop suffering when you are released from hospital. A Buddhist is an activist who changes things for the better by achieving what they desire rather than perpetually desiring it. Ending capital punishment and abattoir farming harmlessly is a desire that is achievable. Achieving a desire is ending suffering. Desiring is suffering. The second noble truth is that there is a cause of all suffering. For example, you want to live in an independent one bedroom flat and own the flat but you are in a hospital as an detained inpatient instead. The cause of the suffering is that you are a detained inpatient and you desire to be a free independent man or woman. The third noble truth is to end suffering. You end suffering when you stop desiring anything and you make an effort to achieve what you desire. To end suffering you must achieve your desire. The fourth noble truth is to reach enlightenment through following the eightfold noble path. The eightfold noble path are: Right view is seeing the truth. Right resolve is finding the right solution. Right speech is telling the truth Right conduct is not harming the other(s). The right conduct is helping others live for free. Right livelihood is the right way to get what you need. So you won't cheat or steal or hurt anyone to get what you need. Right effort is trying to do things the harmless way. Right mindfulness is thinking about what you are doing now so that you don't harm anyone. Right concentration is focussing on whatever you are doing and asking questions to make sure you understand what you are doing and checking that what you are doing is the right thing. Doing the right thing will never harm any humans. The Sangha is being friends with a community of Buddhists and all striving to be Buddhas and meditating on the teachings of the original Buddha. The three poisons of Buddhism Moha or Delusion - To be deluded is not to try to find out the truth about something but to be ignorant instead. When you are deluded, you feel dull and confused because you don't know the truth. You make guesses instead of knowing the truth and this leads to destructive thoughts and actions. A deluded person could kill someone or themselves because they don't know the truth and guess the truth instead. Raga or Greed - Not being generous by not giving people what they desire. The cure to greed is generosity - giving to others what they desire to end their suffering. Desire is suffering. Dvesha or ill will - Hating other living beings. The cure to ill will is being loving and kind towards humans and animals including insects.
