I bought three plant-based vanilla yoghurts and one milky vanilla yoghurt and gave them to four of my friends to make them happy :). I gave a bag of porridge oats to the hungry pigeons and ducks in the park to make the birds happy today. I smiled and greeted some of the people I met today. An act of random kindness. I fed the pigeons raw vegan oats in the park. I bought the bag of raw vegan oats from Morrisons Supermarket for 85p which was a kind action to Morrisons. I wore the Animal Welfare Party T-Shirt outside to publicise the Animal Welfare Party which is a political party which is helping animals live and enjoy a good quality of life. The Animal Welfare Party stands up for animals to have a decent standard of living. We are all animals. We all deserve a decent standard of living from ant to giraffe.

I washed the top floor bathroom so that it is very clean for the other housemates to use. This is an act of kindness towards my housemates. I emptied the food waste bin, the recycling bin and the black domestic wase bin in the kitchen. I put new bin liners in the black bin and food waste bin and reused the empty recycling bin bag ready for new waste to be recycled. This is kind because it stops the bins overflowing and from becoming smelly. I removed the newspapers that my housemate had used to soak up the flooded water in the corridor outside the bathroom and binned the used newspapers in the recycling bin. This was kind because the nice clean dry carpet is exposed again for my housemates to walk on comfortably instead of damp newspapers. I ate a vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast was kindly prepared because no animals were harmed in the preparation of the breakfast ingredients. Tips Your thoughts are what makes you who you are. Fill your mind with kind thoughts and you are a kind person. It is kind not to shout at people or call people horrible names but it is kind to speak kindly to them and call people nice endearing names like sweetie, honey, sugar, love, baby, babe, lovely, dear, angel, beauty, gorgeous etc. All of these kind names make people feel nicely and warmly treated and makes people feel happy and good.
