Friday, 2nd October 2026 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I gave a beggar £50 to help him out with food whilst he waits for his passport needed for his benefits claim.

2. I fed the pigeons.

3. I gave a friend a nice beautiful Chinese bird illustrated pink dressing gown as a present.

4. I greeted people as I met them in the corridors and outside in the garden and hugged some of my friends today.

5. I gave a friend a pack of biscuits, a small packet of cake and some sugar for her tea.

6. I gave a friend a loved and wanted badge to wear proudly to remind her that she is loved and wanted. I love the message on the badge. It is nice to be loved and wanted.
