I gave the details to the homeless man of where to go to get emergency accommodation. For details on how to get emergency housing visit Shelter's website: https://england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice/homelessness/emergency_housing_from_the_council/how_to_get_emergency_housing I allowed a homeless man to hug me and kiss me on the cheek to help him feel happy.

  • Thursday, 31st October 2024 - What made me happy today without making anyone unhappy today or in the future

I emptied the bins. I had mushrooms and spinach for lunch. I bought some vegetarian food from Morrisons today. I ate some and put the rest in the fridge. I gave and offered some people vegetarian food today. Chatting to my friends on Facebook. Sending someone birthday wishes on WhatsApp. Sent a thank you note to someone who gave me a beautiful comfortable easy to wear kaftan as a gift last year. I gave an egg boiler and garlic press to the family to use to and I sent them instructions using WhatsApp on how to the use the egg boiler and garlic press.

  • What is kindness?

Kindness towards the other person is making the other person happy. Kindness towards yourself is making yourself happy. Ways of being kind are: Greeting someone and them greeting us back makes us happy. Making a delicious meal for a group of people makes us happy. Making clothes for a group of people to wear in cold weather or for comfort makes us happy.

  • Saturday, 26th October 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

I fed the pigeons and ducks oats in the park. I gave £15 to Gemma as a friendship gift who asked for £15 to buy Chinese (part of my Mr Giver philosophy - bee kind to everyone who asks for money and give them money) I gave £30 to Eddie as a friendship gift who asked for £20 as part of my Buddhist Mr Giver philosophy which states bee a generous giver and always say yes to beggars. I took the large cooking pot to the upstairs kitchen to help mum. I played with Paddy Power today by gambling at their betting shop today and I won £250.40 today 😊. I have been a Lady Luck today honey! We're skipping to Skipadarey. And I have been a Mr Giver too. I hope that one day we have Mr Giver banks which give everyone unlimited money paid into their accounts unlimited times forever. Lady Luck rewards you everyday you are kind to others with wins at the casino. Mr Giver always says yes to giving beggars/friends money and everyone is a friend of Mr Giver. Always give to beggars because the beggar gives you luck. The more you give, the more you win 😊. This is an interesting philosophy. Life is very kind to everyone. The bank just needs to print out money and give money to people instead of lending money to people. That's perfectly kind. Neither a borrower nor lender be. Be a giver and a receiver and you are happily ever after forever 😊. I put the food waste in food waste compostable bags and put the bags in the brown food waste bin outside. I emptied the bins in the rooms and put the bin bags in the kitchen bin. Then I emptied the kitchen bin and recycling bin in the kitchen into the black wheelie bin and recycling wheelie bin outside. I gave Emmanuel a friendship gift of £80. £60 for a mobile phone for his sister and £20 for him to spend on himself. I washed the dishes after lunch. I washed the dishes after supper.

  • Sunday, 27th October 2024 - What kind and good deeds did I do today?

I made my bed this morning so that it looks neat and attractive instead of messy. I brushed my teeth today so that my teeth are clean and my breath smells good. I washed my hair. I washed my face. I had a shower. I prepared breakfast of two slices of wholemeal toast with buttermilk spread and two slices of cheese. It was a kind vegetarian breakfast. I washed the dishes after breakfast. I watered the hydrangeas in the garden. I cleaned the bathroom. I put on deodorant. I oiled my body. I emptied the bins in my bedroom and in the bathrooms into the black kitchen bin. I emptied the recycling bin and black bin in the kitchen into the wheelie bins outside. I ate an avocado and tangerine for my daily fruit supply today. I fed oats to the seagulls, pigeons and ducks in the park today because they eat the oats and I want to make them happy. I greeted people at the park. I had a conversation with another lady who feeds pigeons and ducks in the park. I greeted people on my way home from the park. I said Good Morning to my mum. I said Good Morning to my dad. I gave my sisters some print outs that I had printed out for her yesterday. She asked me to print out the pages of three documents in an email to me. Thoughts for the day Are plants people? Animals and humans are people. All people when born have mouths, eyes, ears, nose, legs/hands and stomachs. Plants don't ever have any of these attributes so plants are not people xxx

  • Tuesday, 15th October 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

I cleaned the bathroom that my housemate and I share upstairs in the converted attic so that the bathroom looks attractive and heavenly for my sister to have a shower in in the morning. I mopped the floor of the bathroom so that the floor is clean and I washed the bath and sink and ledges and inside the cupboards with bathroom cleaner and water so that that bath, sink, ledges and inside the cupboards are clean and sparkly. I emptied the bathrooms and bedroom bins into the kitchen bin then I emptied the recycling bin in the kitchen into the recycling bin outside. I watered the flowers in the back garden for one of my housemates so that the garden looks beautiful and the flowers grow and blossom and look beautiful for everyone who visits the garden to enjoy. I have asked mum by WhatsApp for the name of the flowers so that I can look up how to look after them online through a Google Search using the Google Search engine. I found out the name of the flowers is hydrangeas. I said Good morning to my housemate when I was downstairs in the kitchen emptying the bins and he was making a cooked breakfast and I asked him how he slept. He said he slept well 😊. I said Good morning to another housemate at the front door to the house. I went to the park and fed oats to the pigeons and duck in the park for free. I stroked the duck and some of the pigeons. There were many happy pigeons in the park today. I saw a dog touching a pigeon who was very still and I said to the dog, 'doggy, doggy come here' and the dog came towards me then walked away and I went to the pigeon and touched the pigeon and picked up the pigeon and stroked the pigeon and the pigeon walked a little on my mobile phone touch screen and I walked with the pigeon on top of my phone whilst I stroked the pigeon to the part of the park where I usually feed the pigeons oats and I kissed the pigeon then I put the pigeon on the floor and the pigeon stayed still. Then the pigeon walked to the tree and stayed there moving a little. At least the pigeon is alright and well. I did great expectations and expected the dog to gently touch the pigeon instead of expecting the dog to eat the pigeon and the dog did not eat the pigeon but was gentle towards the pigeon instead. Great expectations is expecting positive situations instead of negative situations and as a result the actual situation is positive. So instead of thinking someone will hit someone, think someone will hug someone and the hug takes place instead of the hitting. To stay positive, just keep thinking everyone loves everyone. I gave 50p to a man sitting outside Morrisons in Palmers Green and smiled at him and I said bye to him after leaving Morrisons after giving the plastic recyclable oat bags to Morrisons to recycle. After giving him 50p, I have £1.26 left. I worked at Oxfam today as a volunteer for free. I hung up the clothes on the rail for sale. I sorted the clothes out in colour order. I put price tags on the clothes for sale and I helped carry the bags of clothes, bags and other items for recycling from the back room to the main shop to be carried by the other staff members to the front of the shop to be picked up by the recycling man who carries the surplus unsold clothes to other shops to be sold after repairing them if they need repair. I wish that Oxfam gave all their merchandise to customers for free and received all of their merchandise from donors for free. I wish people could try on clothes in Oxfam in the main shop in public to see if the clothes fit and then walk out of the shop with any clothes they want. I wish Oxfam got the premises for free without having to pay any shop rent and without having to pay for electricity or gas or water or wages. Then Oxfam can give everything away for free and collect surplus clothes from our houses to give to anyone who enters the shop to pick up clothes for free. Or we can deliver free surplus clothes for free to Oxfam. Examples of surplus clothes are clothes that are too big or too small, wrong fit, wrong colour or we just want to change our wardrobe or we have too many clothes in our room. I wish the whole world could provide all products and services (everything) and work labour for free. How can we convert the world to everything free so that everyone can have everything free including internet connection, public transport, electricity, information and gas central heating. I gave 26p to a woman asking for money sitting outside Morrisons. I smiled at her and she told me her name is Maria. I contacted by WhatsApp, my friend from Romania whom I met selling the Big Issue outside Morrisons and whom I have given lots of money to in the past to help her buy food for her children. I contacted her to find out when she will be outside Morrisons so that I can give her a solar powered power bank for charging her mobile phone and other items that use USB cables. She can power 6 gadgets at a time using the power bank. She texted me back on WhatsApp and we agreed to meet tomorrow on Wednesday outside Morrisons for me to give her the solar powered power bank. I shook hands with a new girl I met at work. She told me her name but unfortunately I can't remember her name. Video of pigeon with dog then video of pigeon with me. Award: 12 points - Bronze Kind Thoughts A kind thought leads to a kind deed. In February 2025, I will bring free vegetarian food to Oxfam to put in the kitchen for everyone to share and bring some plates as well and cutlery and washing up liquid too. I will also clean up the kitchen in the shop and try to turn the kitchen into a clean and tidy vegetarian kitchen.
