Beggars beg the bank for however much money they want and the bank gives beggars as much money as the beggar asks for anytime the beggar asks and every time the beggar asks unlimited times forever. And the post office could be a Mr Giver bank. A full time job for each person where we don't create meat or fish for food or leather or fur and we help people in some way to their satisfaction and we all work to make everyone attractive and beautiful outside (beautiful skin, figures, shapely bodies that look good in clothes and naked) and inside (character wise too) and our environment beautiful too. Every product and service to be charged for to users of the products and services. Users of products and services honestly fill in user satisfaction surveys to measure their satisfaction levels and to improve services and products.
