I washed the bathroom.
I emptied the bins.
I watered the garden.
I washed my housemate's dishes after lunch.
I carried a bowl of water with soap inside and a towel for my housemate to use to wash and dry her hand.
I replied in a kind friendly way to friends' WhatsApp messages and a friend's Snapchat message.

Buddha taught us to be loving-kind and honest. This means don't do anything that you don't want to do. Be kind to people but if someone asks you to do something against your principles, don't do it even if they make you feel unkind for not obeying them. An example of this is using pest control to kill an animal. Don't kill any living being so say no to using pest control to kill any animals even if the other person desperately wants you to kill the animals for them because they see the animals as annoying. The first precept of Buddhism is to avoid harming any living being.
What is karma? Good karma is when you do a good deed, you experience lots of good back. This is because your mind is untroubled when the deed you do is good and you haven't harmed anyone by the deed. Your body is well because you have done a good deed and your behaviour is linked to your physically well-being. Also your thoughts are more positive, the more good deeds you do and animals including humans are nicer to you, the more good deeds you do. So you experience a nicer life, the more good deeds you do.
When you do a bad deed, you have bad karma because you have harmed someone else or yourself by your actions and you experience bad back. Do good deeds to improve your karma and to make up for the karma deficit. Otherwise you will have lots of bad experiences in life. People will be meaner to you because of the bad deeds you have done like lying, stealing, harming others physically by hitting and punching them for example, yelling and getting angry with others and forcing others to experience things they don't want to experience. If you want to save someone's life as as a kind/good deed, for example, a chicken who is going to get killed for meat, you have to be honest and clear about the chicken's right to life, like the farmer, everyone has right to life, to the people you are talking to to stop the killing of chicken. Tell the truth at all times, and karmically, only good stuff happens to us all. End killing each of us by telling the truth. Don't hide anything. Be open and honest about everything.
