Wednesday, 2nd October 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I had a shower.

4. I cleaned the bathroom.

5. I oiled my body.

6. I put on deodorant.

7. I emptied the bins into the kitchen bin.

8. I emptied the kitchen bin into the outdoor wheelie bin.

9. I watered the flowers in the back garden.

10. I had a vegetarian breakfast of a cheese sandwich on white bread, two slices of white toast with cheese and buttermilk spread and a cup of tea with semi-skimmed milk and two teaspoons of sugar.

11. I fed the pigeons and ducks in the park a 1 kg bag of oats costing 90p. Lots of pigeons and ducks came to eat the oats.

12. I greeted my friends on social media.

13. I had a bowl of jollof rice, two cheese sandwiches on white bread and a mug of hot chocolate from Fairtrade.
