Wednesday, 28th August 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I made my bed so that my bed is neat.

2. I brushed my teeth so that my teeth are clean.

3. I had a shower to clean myself.

4. I cleaned the bathroom so that it is sparkling clean.

5. I emptied the bins and replaced the bin bags with fresh clean bin bags.

6. I watered the flowers in the back garden so that they can blossom, bloom and flourish and look beautiful in the garden. I try to water the flowers daily to help them flourish.

7. I prepared a nourishing vegetarian meal of spinach and ricotta Tortellini by heating up on the hob the tortellini and I washed the dishes after eating so that the dishes would be clean. What was kind was that the meal I prepared was vegetarian not meat. So no one was harmed to create the meal which is very kind.
