Wednesday, 1st January 2025 - Happy New Year - What kind deeds did I do today.

  1. I brushed my teeth.

  2. I had a shower.

  3. I washed my face.

  4. I washed my hair and conditioned my hair.

  5. I combed my hair.

  6. I oiled my body.

  7. I put on deodorant.

  8. I sprayed body spray on my body.

  9. I sprayed musk on my body.

  10. I got changed into new clothes.

  11. I changed my bedding to fresh clean pillow cases, blanket and sheet.

  12. I did 100 star jumps.

  13. I greeted staff and patients.

  14. I ate a pack of salt and vinegar crisps which added 159 calories to me today. I currently weigh 12 stones and 7 pounds naked weight.

  15. I read a self help book about 'How to be happy.' Today's lesson was to spend most of my time thinking of the good things that I have done so that I do good things. This reminds me of the purpose of my kind deeds blog to record kind deeds so that I remember to do kind deeds more often and the kind deed blog gives me examples of kind deeds to do each day. The more kind deeds I do the happier I am and the happier I make other people.

  16. I had breakfast of porridge and semi skimmed milk and some water. That was 215 calories eaten in total.

  17. I chatted online with people I met online on chat sites. It was a nice kind deed to make the people I chatted to online happy and to give them company.
