Wednesday, 18th February 2026 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I washed the dishes so that the others will have clean dishes to use.

2. I put away the dry dishes in the cupboard in the kitchen for others to use.

3. I smiled at a lady walking past me while I was waiting for the bus. She smiled back.

4. In church, I smiled at some parishioners in church and they smiled back during the sign of peace.

5. I smiled at a girl in church and she smiled back at me.

Comments

• Smile, say, 'hello, peace be with you' and shake hands with at least five people as a sign of peace and goodwill to the other person. Do this in the Catholic mass service if you attend mass.

• Feed the pigeons/ducks and seagulls in the park when you can.
