Wednesday, 16th October 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

  1. My alarm went off at 5 am this morning. I made my bed in the morning so that my bed looks presentable to anyone who walks into my room.

  2. I brushed my teeth so that I have a nice breath when I speak to people and so that my teeth look white and attractive.

  3. I had a shower this morning so that I don't have any body odour and I cleaned dirt off my body with shower gel.

  4. I oiled my body with coconut oil this morning so that my skin is not dry and feels soft.

  5. I rubbed anti-perspirant deodorant under my armpits so that I smell nice and I don't sweat under my armpits which would make me smell.

  6. I cleaned the bathroom I share with my housemate upstairs so that the bathroom is nice for my housemate and I to use.

  7. I emptied the bins in my bedroom, bathroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs into the big kitchen bin downstairs because they were full and I put in new bin bags in the emptied bins.

  8. I emptied the recycling bin and kitchen bin into the large blue recycling bin and large black bin with wheels outside in the front of the house. Each bin with wheels outside is emptied every other Tuesday by the bin men.

  9. I watered the flowers in the back garden called hydrangeas to help them grow and blossom so that the back garden looks visually attractive.

  10. I had a bowl of oats and water and sugar which is a healthy vegetarian breakfast for me to keep me well. Oats are high in fiber which help lower cholesterol levels. They also help me feel full when I have eaten less calories. They regulate blood sugar levels. They help with digestion by cleaning the gut and preventing constipation. They also boost your immune system and fights off infection. They are also a source of protein. They also contain anti-oxidants which help protect the skin from rashes and scars. They are also a gluten free wholegrain and is a source of vitamins and minerals. Gluten-free food helps to improve digestive health, e.g., no bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea.

  11. I washed up the bowl and spoon I used for breakfast to clean the bowl and spoon for anyone else to use after me.

  12. I drank some water for hydration so that I am not dry and thirsty.

  13. I fed oats to the pigeons and ducks in the park this morning. Many pigeons and two ducks 🦆 came to eat the oats.

  14. I gave my friend who sells the Big Issue outside Morrisons a solar powered power bank. She was very happy. We hugged when we met.

  15. I answered Facebook messages from friends to make them happy.

  16. I picked up broken pieces of glass from a broken vodka bottle from the pavement in front of our house and I placed the broken glass pieces in the big blue recycling bin outside our house.

    10. Eggs (one egg a day)

  2. To be kind to animals as well as be healthy you need to be a vegetarian.
