Wednesday, 10th July 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

  1. I made my bed.

  2. I brushed my teeth.

  3. I had a shower.

  4. I prepared breakfast.

  5. I washed the dishes after breakfast.

  6. I cleaned the bathroom.

  7. I emptied the bins.

  8. I fed the pigeons and ducks.

  9. I bought some snacks to last a while.

  10. I improved my free version of my calorie bank account (a weight loss aid) available in this blog.

  11. I prepared lunch.

  12. I washed the dishes after lunch.

  13. Had some snacks.

  14. In total I ate 3939 calories today and I burnt off 135 calories walking to and from the park to feed the pigeons.

  1. Buy Buddhism for Beginners by Gabriel Shaw for yourself and a friend or family member to read to help you and your friend or family member be harmless kind people to any living being you meet. Kind actions end suffering for you and others and the reward of kind actions is that you and others receive kindness.

  2. Give money to beggars.

  3. Give money to charity.

  4. Cook a vegetarian meal for family or friend(s) or both.

  5. Have a meal out at a vegetarian restaurant to encourage kindness and harmlessness to animals.

  6. Give people you meet your smile for free.

  7. Don't block anyone.

  8. Greet people you meet face to face and online.

  9. Buy second hand goods from a charity shop to help raise money for charity, to get good bargains and to help with recycling.
