Tuesday, 8th October 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today? 🙂

1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I had a shower.

4. I gave a friend eye drops.

5. I washed the bathroom.

6. I oiled my body.

7. I put on deodorant.

8. I emptied the bins into the kitchen bin.

9. I emptied the black bin and recycling bin into the black wheelie bin and recycling bin outside.

10. I had a vegetarian breakfast of cheese on toast and cheese on bread.

11. I washed the dishes after breakfast.

12. I had fruit of a pear 🍐 and tangerine 🍊.

13. I washed the bowl I put my fruit in.

14. I opened the door for the gas man.

15. I took a friend's fruit downstairs because it is hard for her to walk upstairs.

16. When I hopped unto the bus to go to a meeting, I thanked the bus driver for stopping the bus and picking me up.

17. I gave a beggar £1 and a hug. Sweet 😊🤗

18. I fed oats to the pigeons in the park.

19. I greeted some friends and contacts on Facebook to be friendly and to help make them feel happy. Everyone likes feeling happy. 😊

20. I gave my friend £15 to help her out till she gets paid on 12th October 2024.
