Tuesday, 3rd December 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I washed my face.

4. I had a shower.

5. I had a vegan breakfast of cornflakes, sugar and water and black tea and two slices of white toast with jam only.

6. I washed the dishes after breakfast.

7. I cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor.

8. I put on deodorant.

9. I oiled my body.

10. I emptied my bins in the rooms in the house and changed the bin liners.

11. I emptied the recycling bin in the kitchen and changed the bin liner for the recycling bin in the kitchen.

12. I emptied the black bin bag and the recycling bin into the big wheelie bins outside for black bin bags and recycling respectively.

13. I ate fruit, namely, kiwi and a red apple.

14. I volunteered at my local charity shop Oxfam and helped by putting price labels on the clothes for one hour.

15. I fed the pigeons and ducks in the park oats.

16. I watered the flowers in the garden.

17. I hoovered the carpet in the house.

18. I spoke to my friends on the phone and answered my phone calls.

19. I had vegetarian jollof rice for lunch and a bowl of cornflakes with water and sugar for afters.

20. I donated £10 to Food Cycle and a £1.50 tip.

21. I donated £10.20 to Bounds Green Food Bank.
