Tuesday, 30th July 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. Washed the bathroom.

2. Emptied the bins.

3. Worked in Oxfam as a volunteer. I put out the filled up recycling bags for collection by the recycling man. I put out the clothes on the rails in the main shop area for sale. Oxfam is raising money to make poverty history worldwide so that no one in the world is poor.

4. Was friendly to friends online.

1. Read a beginner's guide to Buddhism to encourage you to be kind and loving to others.

2. If you can give paid jobs to people to do, give paid jobs to as many people as you can give. The money they receive will make them very happy.
