1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I washed my face.

4. I had a shower.

5. I had a vegetarian breakfast.

6. I washed the dishes after breakfast.

7. I cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor of the bathroom.

8. I fed the pigeons in the park.

9. I emptied the bins.

10. I recycled the plastic packaging in the supermarket.

11. I worked at St Vincent's Community Shop. I increased the number of hours I volunteer at the shop from 2 hours a week to 12 hours a week.

12. I ate fruit.

13. I took the fruit downstairs for a housemate who finds it hard to walk upstairs.

14. I had a vegetarian lunch.

15. I washed the dishes after lunch.

16. I had a vegetarian supper.
