1. I made my bed this morning.

2. I brushed my teeth in the morning and night with toothpaste.

3. I had a shower with shower gel.

4. I washed the bathroom with anti-bacterial bathroom cleaner.

5. I emptied the bins into the kitchen black bin bag.

6. I emptied the recycling bin and black bin in the kitchen into the large wheelie bins outside.

7. I volunteered at St Vincent's Community Shop in Enfield.

8. I fed oats to the pigeons and ducks in the park.

9. I chatted to my friends online on WhatsApp, Snapchat and RandoChat Roulette.

10. I gambled and won £75.65 at a betting shop in Enfield.

11. I gave £10 to a friend who lives in Nigeria, as a gift because I won £75.65 today at the betting shop.

12. I wrote to the following letter to my MP in response to his letter to me in response to a letter I wrote to him drafted by Reprieve (a human rights charity trying to end death penalty worldwide) about freeing Jagtar Singh Johal from imprisonment and death penalty in India.
