I hoovered the carpet in the house.
I cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor of the bathroom.
I emptied the bins and replaced the bin liners.
I washed other people's dishes, pots, cooking utensils and cutlery.

I read some of a non-fiction book about kindness which showed the reader how to be kind. I would recommend that you read a book about kindness. There are many books on kindness available at Amazon.
I recommend that you read a very kind book, without any copyright, called, 'Buddhism for Beginners' by Gabriel Shaw. It is available on kindle and paper back from Amazon. It is a book that teaches you how to end suffering and obtain inner peace by not harming others and by being kind; being mindful so that you know what you are doing at each moment in life so that you can choose to do the right actions, say the right words, choose the right livelihood, meditating on and studying the noble eightfold path so that you end suffering by doing the following: having Right Understanding, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration.
What each of elements of the eightfold path mean?
Right Understanding:
Cultivate an accurate understanding of the nature of reality, including the Four Noble Truths (suffering, its cause, its cessation, and the path leading to its cessation).
Right Thought:
Foster thoughts of kindness, compassion, and non-attachment, and avoid thoughts of greed, hatred, and harmful intent.
Right Speech:
Practice speaking truthfully, kindly, and constructively, avoiding gossip, harsh words, and lying.
Right Action:
Engage in ethical and compassionate actions, avoiding violence, stealing, and other harmful behaviors.
Right Livelihood:
Earn a living in a way that is ethical and beneficial, avoiding occupations that cause harm.
Right Effort:
Cultivate a positive and balanced attitude, striving to develop virtuous qualities and avoid negative ones.
Right Mindfulness:
Pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the present moment without judgment.
Right Concentration:
Develop the ability to focus your mind on a single point, cultivating mental clarity and stability.
