Saturday, 7th September 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I had a shower.

4. I washed my hair.

5. I cleaned the bathroom and mopped the bathroom floor.

6. I emptied the bins.

7. I watered the flowers in the garden.

8. I had a vegetarian breakfast of Rice Krispies, milk chocolate and brown sugar.

9. I put my clothes and linen and towel in the washing machine to wash using an Ariel All in 1 pod as soap to wash my laundry.

10. I accepted two Friend requests on Facebook.

11. I washed up the dishes after breakfast.

12. I wrote back to a friend who text me on WhatsApp.

13. I applied for a nice volunteer job to work 30 hours a week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at a vegetarian restaurant in North East London to work in the kitchen and dining area. I requested that the vegetarian food is given for free to all visitors to the restaurant and all staff work for free. Shop accommodation should be free too (no monthly or annual rent) and solar powered electricity for the shop should be free too.

14. I fed the pigeons and ducks oats in my local park today.

15. I donated some vegetarian food costing £4.47 to the food bank. I wish I could help with the delivery of the food from the shop shelves to the food bank for free.

16. I donated some vegetarian food, namely, a 2 litre bottle of diet lemonade, bourbon biscuits, custard cream biscuits, a 1kg pack of long grain rice and two tins of chopped tomatoes costing £4.83 to a charity for feeding hungry children.

17. I had a vegetarian meal of egusi soup with cooked ground garri and oatmeal.

18. I put the food waste from my vegetarian meal in the garden to turn back into soil.
