Saturday, 27th July 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I made my bed.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I had a shower.

4. I washed the bathroom.

5. I emptied the bins.

6. I prepared a vegetarian lunch.

7. I washed the dishes after lunch.

8. I am a Buddhist so I help to end suffering by being loving-kind to all living beings.

9. I fed the pigeons oats in the park.

10. I bought oats for the pigeons.

11. I gave £3.20 to a lady begging for money on the bridge on my way to Morrisons.

12. I gave £10 to a friend who lives abroad in Nigeria to buy a mobile phone battery for £6 and he can keep the extra money.

13. I washed my linen and clothes in the washing machine.

14. I hoovered the house.

15. I gave £10 to my friend who lives abroad to give to his brother for his birthday present. His birthday is on Monday, 29th July 2024.
