Saturday, 21st December 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today

1. I messaged my friends on Badoo.

2. I made my bed in hospital.

3. I played music on my tablet in my room in hospital. I want to be discharged to a one bed flat.

4. I want to lose weight but enjoy lots of vegetarian food. I ate vegetarian food.

5. I brushed my teeth.

6. I was nice to my fellow patients and staff.

7. I washed my face.

8. I feel very depressed. I miss my friends because I am in hospital.

9. I miss being able to feed the pigeons, ducks and seagulls oats in the park.
