My Calorie Bank Account is a table in Microsoft Excel format where you can input how many calories you have eaten each day, how many calories you have burned each day through exercise, how many base calories you have burned each day excluding calories burned through exercise and what your weight is each day in the morning and afternoon. You can aim to reach an ideal weight by a certain date. You can modify the values in the table to suit your requirements. You can modify how many calories you wish to burn/lose through exercise, how many calories you wish to eat each day and how many base calories you lose a day excluding calories lost through exercise. The usual base calories lost a day is 2000 calories. The aim of My Calorie Bank Account is to help you reach your ideal weight and maintain your ideal weight where you feel and look beautiful. You can use My Net Diary app available for download from Google Play Store to work out how many calories you have eaten and how many calories you have burned off/lost through exercise and input these calories in My Calorie Bank Account. You can go to the gym and make a note of how many calories you burn at the gym and add that figure to My Calorie Bank Account calories lost through exercise.
For example, 5 star jumps loses 1 calorie. So to lose 600 calories, you need to do 3000 calories. Star jumps are cardiovascular activity which is good for burning off calories without making you too muscular but have a good shape.
