Monday, 30th December 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I brushed my teeth.

2. I washed my face and cleansed my face.

3. I washed my hair.

4. I washed my body.

5. I oiled my body.

6. I put on deodorant.

7. I sprayed body spray.

8. I put on my attractive and alluring clothes for the day.

9. I put on make up.

10. I did 100 star jumps

11. I changed my bed linen with new fresh linen.

12. I replied to my WhatsApp messages.

13. I had water for breakfast. I am trying to lose weight as I am overweight. At 9:15 am after drinking half a cup of water, I weighed 12 stones and 9 pounds. I want to weigh 8 stones and 10 pounds. So I need to lose 4 stones and 1 pound.

14. I listened to some pop music.

15. I pleased the hospital staff by completing one of their puzzles for us to do.

16. I had a vegetarian lunch of apple crumble and custard and mushroom soup and orange juice. I weighed 12 stones and 9 pounds after lunch.

17. I carried a friend's supper for her to her table as she was having difficulty walking.

18. I answered the phone to a friend.
