Monday, 1st July 2024 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I gave World Animal Protection £10 as part of a monthly direct debit to help them protect animals worldwide from death and poor treatment to be friendly.

2. I chatted kindly to my friends online on chat apps to be friendly 😊😊🤗🤗❤️❤️😍😍😘😘xx.

3. I gave my friend £10 to help her with dog food today for her pet dogs, Goldie and Daisy to be friendly 😊. I love being friendly 😘😊🤗😍😉👌

4. I weighed 11 stones and 7 pounds at 12:25 pm today which is a weight loss of 6 pounds since yesterday morning when I weighed 11 stones and 13 pounds. So I am doing well towards meeting my goal weight of 8 stones and 10 pounds. I am on a calorie counting diet. 😊 See my calorie bank account page in this blog for more information.

5. I am on a fasting day today so I don't eat anything for the whole of today. I have not had breakfast today which is a good deed.

6. I have not had lunch today which is a good deed.

7. I set up a direct debit for £11 a month to World Vision, a charity that gives food to malnourished children to stop them dying. £11 a month pays for food for the entire month for one malnourished child 😊.

8. I had a shower today which is a good deed.

9. I cleaned the bathroom.

10. I emptied the bins.

11. I fed the pigeons in the park mixed corn. They loved it. I was at the park at 2:25 pm.

12. I delivered the plastic waste and wrappings to be recycled in large supermarkets to Morrisons Supermarket to be recycled. This is environmentally friendly. Healthy for the environment. Green.

13. I gave a woman begging outside Morrisons 50p to help her out. Good deed.

14. I bought a 2 litre recyclable bottle of no sugar Morrisons Diet Cola for the woman begging outside Morrisons who asked me to buy her Coca Cola. Coca Cola cost £3.00 for 2 bottles and Morrisons Diet Cola cost £1.50 for two bottles.

Ideas of kind deeds to do:

1. Visit your local supermarket and ask to speak to the manager and ask the manager to make his or her shop environmentally friendly by making sure (1) there are no animals being killed to be food in his or her shop; (2) there is only vegetarian food in the shop (vegetarian food is made out of plants, unfertilised eggs from animals such as chickens who live freely in houses and outdoors with male and female animals and milk from animals such as female cows who live freely in houses and outdoors not in cages with bulls and cows and female cows providing milk all year round without being pregnant because all cows are alive and there is no more reincarnation of cows because there is no more killing of cows for beef (3) all packaging is biodegradable or recyclable and (4) workers work in a fun environment with music to enjoy with everyone.
