Friday, 28th March 2025 - What kind deeds did I do today?

1. I had a shower so that I look clean and I smell good.

2. I washed and moisturised my face so that my face is clean and clearer and looks nicer for others to see and my face is not dry either.

3. I brushed my teeth so that my breath doesn't smell and my teeth look clean.

4. I oiled my body so that my body doesn't look dry.

5. I cleaned the bathroom thoroughly so that the other users of the bathroom get to use a clean bathroom.

6. I washed the dishes after breakfast and lunch so that the dishes are clean for other users to use.

7. I responded to my text messages.

8. I applied to six jobs today. All the jobs were jobs where I can help people be happy and satisfied.

Unkind actions

1. Locking up people in places against their will or threatening to lock people up against their will.

2. Forcing people to do things they don't want to using threats.

3. Threatening to hit or hitting someone.

4. Always looking for fault with someone.

If someone is being unkind to you, it means they think that they are not allowed to be kind and loving towards you and so act hatefully towards you instead. Remember the three poisons of Buddhism - delusion, hate and greed. Hate is the result of not being loving and not being kind towards other people. This results in not trusting other people and always thinking they are out to get you which makes you paranoid and assume that others are always trying to hurt you, making you defensive and angry with them.
