Friday, 28th June 2024 - What good deeds did I do today?

1. I had a shower.

2. I brushed my teeth.

3. I put on deodorant.

4. I put on a change of clothes.

5. I brushed the stairs.

6. I cleaned the bathroom.

7. I emptied the room bins into the kitchen bin and emptied the recycling bin and kitchen bin into the large wheelie bins outside.

8. I gave £20 to a beggar to help him out.

9. I gave £50 to a beggar to help her out with paying for her mum's medical prescription.

10. I gave a beggar £20 to help her out.

11. I fed the pigeons and squirrels in the park muesli, sunflower hearts, Alpen, cashew nuts and peanuts and they were very happy.

12. I chatted to my friends on the phone.

Suggestions for good deeds to do

1. Create products for people to pick up for free. Try to help create the free world where all products and services are free including internet access and website hosting.

2. Feed a hungry person vegetarian food. Food without meat/fish in it.

3. Give a thirsty person water or another drink.

4. Give a gift to a visitor or to someone you visit.

5. Clean the house.

6. Wash the plates, cups, pots, pans and cutlery.

7. Do a job that helps someone else.

8. Teach people the right thing to do lovingly not in a hateful manner and they will love you back and not be hateful towards you.

9. Love everyone kindly.
