I took my multi-vitamin pills.
I made my bed.
I brushed my teeth.
I washed my face.
I had a shower.
I oiled my body.
I put on deodorant and body spray.
I emptied the bins in the room into the kitchen bin.
I emptied the kitchen bin and recycling bin into the big bins outside.
I emptied the large outdoor black bin and half the large outdoor recycling bin and disposed of the waste in the recycling centre.
I cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor.
I hoovered my room.
I prepared breakfast and ate breakfast.
I washed the dishes after breakfast.
I prepared lunch and ate lunch.
I washed the dishes after lunch.
I ate an orange and a pear as my daily fruit intake.
I watered the plants in both gardens.

Today I will focus on right speech, which in Buddhism, is the third practice of the noble eightfold path to end suffering. Right Speech (Samma Vaca) is speaking truthfully, avoiding gossip, harsh words, and idle chatter.
Examples of wrong speech is sharing info about others that is unkind or untrue, speaking negatively about a person who is not present, arguing with someone or teasing someone, focusing on the negative aspects of life and expressing dissatisfaction, distorting the truth or creating a false impression, using harmful words like cursing the other person or describing the other person using a harsh swear word or using swear words, talking for the sake of talking without any purpose or depth and involving oneself in casual conversations where it is hard to understand the point of the conversation and where the conversation is going.
Speech are thoughts spoken out loud. The right thoughts lead to the right behaviour. How to have the right thoughts? First thought that you should have proceeding all other thoughts is 'I will not harm any living being'. When you see an insect, think, 'I will not harm any living being' and don't harm the insect you see. When you see a human being, think, 'I will not harm any living being' then think of how to be kind to the human being.
