We can talk about everything and anything so that everyone can share their thoughts with everyone and we can help them have nice thoughts. E.g. if someone thinks I want to kill person X, then they can share this thought with everyone and people can explain to them that person X is a person just like them who deserves love and kindness and that he or she needs to love person X instead of hating person X. How do you love someone? By first of all saying out loud, 'I love the person'. Then telling the person you love them. Love (an emotion) overcomes hate (an emotion). Love is stronger than hate. The words I love you puts you into love mode with anyone and makes the person you love kind to you. It is kind to love everyone a lot. Everyone has feelings and the feelings everyone needs to feel 100% of the time is love. This includes animals. Loves means I care about you, I want you and I want you unconditionally and when I have you I am happy. It is good to want everyone and it allows everyone to live happily forever on planet earth. To someone you hated in the past or feel you hate now, say to that person, 'I want you in my presence. I want you around me. I need you. I love you forever.' because deep down you do want that person and that person can be kind to you and others. That person needs love and you can feel that gap by giving that person love.
